Frequently Asked Questions

-Weather Policy
Unfortunately we cannot control the weather , as per the cancellation policy above, we cannot offer refunds or rescheduling due to inclemantal weather. However, if there is a weather condition on a particular day that might make driving dangerous (i.e. snow, ice, hurricane, tornado, alien attack, etc.) and you are unable to  drive your chosen vehicle on that day, we may (at our discretion) offer you an extension for your driving experience or credit to use at your discretion in the future.
-Cancellation Policy
When you make a reservation, we may authorize your credit card immediately for up to the full cost of the rental, though you will not be charged until you physically take possession of the vehicle. Because we have a limited availability for driving experiences, we must adhere to our schedule. We offer a 24-hour grace period after you make your reservation to make changes or cancel (unless the driving experience is within 7 days), after which there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost. If you cancel or reschedule less than 7 days before your driving experience (or are a no-show at the time of your appointment), you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost.
-Can I bring a passenger with me on my driving experience?
Unfortunately not. Our vehicles only seat two people (one driver and one instructor) and do not have room for passengers.
-Do we need to tip our instructor after the driving experience?
While there is no set standard, we greatly appreciate any gratuity to our driving instructors as it makes up a majority of their income.
-Does someone ride with me during the driving experience?
Yes, all drivers will have an appointed instructor guiding them through their route. The purpose of the driving instructor is to insure your getting the most out of your experience safely.
-Can I get the car delivered at 8am or 11pm?
Our normal delivery hours are between 10am and 6pm. Any deliveries outside of those hours will incur a surcharge of $100 and up.  Please contact us - we'll do our best to accommodate your needs and schedule.
-Why is there a 1 hour delivery window?
We have an hour window for deliveries because unfortunately we cannot control traffic, flat tires, etc. and we've learned to leave more time rather than less. We always aim to get there at the beginning of your delivery window, so we'll do our best.
-Do you offer hourly rentals?
We  provide a half day ( 4 hours) rental as a minimum.

But I only need the car for an hour.

We understand that many of our clients only have a need for a vehicle for a time period of less than a day, however by renting it to you for even 10 minutes, we are eliminating the possibility that we can rent the car to another customer. So in essence, we are giving up the car for the full day regardless of how long you use it for. As such, we must charge for a full day.
-I only want it for one day on the weekend. Can I do that?
We apologize in advance, however, due to the predominant demand we get for weekend rentals, we are not able to offer a guaranteed one day rental on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.  However, we are able to provide a one day weekend rental on a walk-in or last minute basis if the vehicle is available.
-Does my own insurance cover the rental of a exotic vehicle? I drive a Ford 150.
The answer is absolutely YES! In all 50 states, if you carry full-coverage insurance (that means Liability, Comp, and Collision) your insurance will automatically carry over and cover you when you rent a car from us – regardless of what you drive or what you rent. And it's for the same reason that if you're driving  in your truck and you happen to collide with a Lamborghini, your insurance will cover the damage. We require all drivers to carry full-coverage insurance which extends to non-owned vehicles. The minimum amount is required is: $100,000 property damage / $300,000 bodily occurrence. Most people already have this coverage in place, and by providing us with your summary page, we can verify that you have the proper coverage. If you do not meet our insurance requirements, you can simply upgrade your existing insurance coverage, which is typically very inexpensive.
-I want to rent and I’m under 21
Our apologies, unfortunately, we do not, no exceptions.
-How many miles do I get with my rental?
Mileage depends on the duration and day of the week.  Thereafter, mileage rates differ depending on the vehicle - please reference the particular vehicle information pages for specifics. If you more than double your included mileage on a rental, there is an additional $8 /mile surcharge on top of the standard mileage rate. For example: You rent the Audi R8  for one day. The first 75 miles you drive are included in the price of the rental. 75-150 miles costs you $4/mile. Anything over 150 miles costs you $8/mile.  All mileage charges are billed out of your security deposit.
-Why do I have to leave a security deposit?
Due to the extremely high cost of the vehicles we offer, it is our policy to take a refundable security deposit for all our drives, rentals and track day participants. The deposits range from $1,000 - $10,000 depending on the vehicle and level of insurance you carry. Rest assured, this is refunded in full once the vehicle has been returned to us and thoroughly inspected. This usually takes 3-5 business days after the end of your rental. If there are any additional mileage charges or minor damages, they are billed from your deposit and the balance is refunded back onto your credit card.
-But I have insurance. Why would you bill me for damage?
We come across a lot of minor scuffs and scrapes on our cars when they go out on rentals - sometimes customers scrape a wheel, scratch a front bumper or bubble a tire (to name but three). These repairs are quick and relatively inexpensive to make and are billed from the security deposit in order to minimize the amount of time the car is off the road. Once your invoice has been settled, you can of course make a claim to your insurance company to be reimbursed for any charges.
-How old do you have to be to have a Driving Experience?

On our Driving Experiences we allow drivers ages 18 and up

-What insurance do I need to have for driving experiences?
We require all drivers to carry full-coverage insurance which extends to non-owned vehicles. The minimum amount is required is: $100,000 property damage / $300,000 bodily occurrence. Most people already have this coverage in place, and by providing us with your summary page, we can verify that you have the proper coverage. If you do not meet our insurance requirements, you can simply upgrade your existing insurance coverage, which is typically very inexpensive.
-I can’t drive a stick. Do any of the cars have an automatic transmission?
Most of our vehicles are equipped with semi-automatic transmissions. We want you to be comfortable behind the wheel so you can choose from full-automatic mode or paddle-shift mode.  However, we do also have a few manual transmission vehicles for those who desire a more connected, traditional driving experience.
-I have a pre-purchased voucher for a driving experience, how can I schedule?
Simply click on the Exotic Car Drives section on our web page and follow the instructions. We encourage you to try and reserve online as it will give you the most up to date information regarding car availability and pricing. We’re also happy to discuss rental questions over the phone but may need some extra time to get back to you due to the high number of calls we receive.
-How fast can we drive during our driving experience?
Our primary focus is safety and fun. We definitely allow our drivers to safely open up the cars at full throttle. You will be informed of the ground rules during your orientation.
